I am excited to be sharing the gift of fitness virtually! As a fitness professional for over 20 years, I have experience in teaching many different formats from high-low aerobics, toning classes, kick boxing, yoga to Pilates. I believe strongly that EVERY BODY can benefit from Pilates which focuses on strengthening the core or power house. With efficient and balanced movement patterns from Pilates other fitness modalities are enhanced.

The reality of virtual training sessions has come to fruition in light of the social distancing requirement due to COVID-19. Personally I have found this platform fulfilling, equally as challenging as in person, while still feeling that emotional connection I enjoy as a trainer and a client. Other benefits include increased convenience by not having to travel to the studio, working out in the safe environment of your home, added flexibility, as well as an increase in participation and engagement by both the trainer and the client.

I am presently offering Zoom group Pilates classes and personal training sessions and am looking to expand to other core focused modalities.
