Core Strength is a dynamic, full-body class designed to build strength, stability, and confidence through functional movement. Using a range of weights, we’ll train the entire body with an emphasis on the core as the foundation for all movement.

Core Flow is an energizing, full-body class that blends strength, mobility, and fluid movement with a strong focus on the core. Using a variety of props—such as a small ball, hand towel, resistance bands, or simply your own bodyweight—we’ll both challenge and support our bodies throughout class.

THURSDAYS 9:00 AM EST

Core Truth is about showing up honestly — in your body, your movement, and your life. It’s the practice of listening inward, honoring where you are, and moving from authenticity rather than expectation. It’s the foundation beneath everything — how you move, how you speak, and how you show up.
