"This has been a great experience for me! I have never tracked steps before and it's a real eye opener about how sedentary my weekdays are in the winter.
Here are my tangible takeaways from this 3 week challenge:
1. I bought a fitbit and I wear it religiously. First time in my life I'm tracking steps AND seeing my heartrate during exercise
2. I look for ways to move during the day: pace while I'm on the phone, get the mail, etc.
3. Staying better hydrated! Getting up for a drink during the day when my fitbit says it's time to move :)
