Classes will blend the classical Pilates method with modern exercise variations. We work all planes of the body in each class to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Are you new to Pilates? No problem. Classes offer modifications for all levels. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
